The area which I am most often asked about by clients is social media. The most common question I get is "Does it help our business?". Not a question with a clear answer - without applying logic behind your activities on social media and having measurable goals it's easy to get sucked into spending hours on social media without necessarily seeing a clear return.

It always starts with the audience. Where are they and do they want to be having a conversation with you there? The key to a successful social media account is consistency. A social media profile with no activity is worse than no profile at all!
